Ride begins and ends at Deer Park in McCormick Woods at 1000am promptly. Water and Bathroom available. 31 miles, 1800 feet of climbing. (Note* This ride stops at a facility that serves alcohol. If you are uncomfortable with that, then this might not be the ride for you) We'll do a short loop through McCormick Woods before heading out on what used to be quiet backroads. Expect more traffic as the area is growing. We'll head south and cross SR 302 and complete our big climb of the day, Creviston hill. We'll pass by Horseshoe Lake today as our lunch stop is only a short distance away. Our Lunch stop is the Yoked Farmhouse Brewery at 525 SW Pine. They have a good selection of sandwiches and of course beer and wine as well as free lemonade. Outside food is welcome and there is plenty of seating all over, inside and out. After lunch we have about 9 miles back to the cars and the hard climbing is behind us. Please RSVP so we know who is coming. Steady rain cancels. Please review the waiver prior to the ride.
